Anna & Davon – A Spring Engagement Session at the West End Overlook Park

You would never guess how chilly it was on this classic Pittsburgh Spring day. It was raining in the morning, hot in the afternoon, and cold at night. We felt fortunate that for our time it at least was not raining. Anna and Davon grew up here and spent their time together exploring parks overlooking the city just like this one on the West End. They laughed and shared sweet moments, and we event found some trees that were actually in bloom!

The West End Overlook Park will always be one of my most favorite spots, it is easy to get to, and is always less busy than the Mt. Washington Overlooks, with the same feel but more space to play with. I am always encouraging my couples to choose this overlook over Grandview, and they are always happy with the change.

Some couples understand the assignment when it comes to their outfits and Anna and Davon definitely did, the simplicity while still matching made my heart and camera so happy!
