Janie & Russ’ wedding at the Springdale Veterans Association

Who would have guessed that it would be 90 degrees on a Saturday in mid-May, but boy was it hot and sticky! On May 21, 2022 Janie and Russ planned one of the most seamless and well-organized weddings I have ever photographed. I think a big part of it was the couple’s laid back attitude. It was such a pleasure to be around them, and everyone was there to support them every step of the way.

The sun was beautiful casting down on them throughout their touching ceremony, and Janie was the most gorgeous and sentimental bride. Their rustic theme was subtle but carefully crafted, and while I never comment on the food at a wedding (I am usually just happy to be fed!) it was one of the best wedding buffets I have ever had.

So blessed to have shared and captured this perfect event.
